Ingredients

3/4 cup Flour, white
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Coarse Salt (Sea Salt/Kosher Salt)
2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (or large)
1/3 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Tips
You can substitute the sugar for more Splenda or the Splenda for more sugar. You can substitute the applesauce for cooking oil. You can substitute the whole wheat flour for white flour.
Directions
Preheat oven at 350°F
Line muffin pans with cupcake liners.
Mix together whole wheat flour, white flour, flaxseed meal, sugar, Splenda, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and applesauce.
Add dry ingredients and mashed bananas alternately to egg and applesauce mixture, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into prepared cupcake liners in pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
