Introduction

Inspired by a recipe I found on SparkRecipes (Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken) but I didn't have all the ingredients so I added my own stuff. Inspired by a recipe I found on SparkRecipes (Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken) but I didn't have all the ingredients so I added my own stuff.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    8 pieces chicken breast
    6 tsp taco seasoning (1/2 pack)
    2 cups salsa
    16 oz fresh mushroom pieces
    3 tbsp fresh chopped Cilantro
    1 cup water

Directions

Put chicken in slow cooker.

Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.

Pour Salsa over chicken.

Add red pepper, mushrooms and cilantro.

Pour water over the top.

Cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve over brown rice. (nutrients not included in this recipe.)
