Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Cups Dole Classic Romaine Salad Bend
    1 (6 oz.) Can of Tuna in Water, drained
    2 Lg. Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
    1/2 Cup Sliced Red Onion (optional)
    1Tbsp Newman's Own Lighten Up, Light Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing (or like)
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

1. In a small bowl, break up tuna with a fork to make bite-size pieces.
2. Slice onions in rounds (is using), slice hard boiled eggs, set aside.
3. In two (2) separate serving plates, place 1-1/2 Cups of salad blend on each plate.
4. Top lettuce with Onion, Tuna, and Egg. Drizzle with Dressing and a dash of Pepper if desired.
