Introduction

Ingredients

    10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh
    20 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh
    1 serving 10 baby carrots raw
    3 tsp Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil (by MOM2OR)
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted

Tips

Cauliflower works as a good substitute for broccoli. Carrots must be julienne (sliced in very thin strips) or they will be too crunchy because of quick cooking time.


Directions

Place all veggies and seasoning in large ziplock baggie. Add 3 tsp. olive oil. Shake. Place on pam sprayed cookie sheet. Broil 5 minutes. Add 3 pats of butter, one to each different veggie. Broil another 2 minutes. Voila!
