    2 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter
    1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
    16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 serving Protein Powder - Chocolate one scoop - EAS premium protein

Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend. Ice can be added if needed.
