Ingredients

    .5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
    7 oz Tilapia (3.5 oz or 99.2g)
    6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    8 slice, thin Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
    2 serving (1)Ore Ida Steam N Mash Potatoes (3/4 cup) (by CTHILLBILLY)
    1 serving 10 baby carrots raw

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray baking dish with butter spray, then place fillets in the dish and squirt with juice from half a lemon.
Bake fish until it starts to flake, about 10 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onions, and pinches of dried basil and black pepper.
When the fish is ready, spread the top with the cheese mixture and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Follow directions on package to heat the mashed potatoes.
Serve with raw baby carrots. (Can be cooked in microwave if prefer.)
