Ingredients

    1 tsp *Flax Seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp Soy Milk
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    .125 cup Flour, white
    .25 tsp Baking Powder
    1 pinch Salt
    1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1/4 tsp stevia

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grind the flax, then add the milk. Let it sit while you mix the dry ingredients. Mix cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and stevia in a separate bowl. Stir well. Then go back to your liquids and add coconut oil, vanilla, and vinegar. You want the coconut oil to be melted, so if it is solid, you can put the liquids on top of your preheating oven for a minute to melt. Stir the liquids, then pour into the dry ingredients. Stir well. It should be wet but thick. You can add more milk if you're having trouble incorporating all the dry ingredients.
Spray a mug or ramekin with cooking spray and pour in the batter. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
