Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/3 serving Jolly Time Yellow Popcorn 2 Tbsp unpopped (about 5 cups air popped)



    5 cup serving

Directions

Place kernels in a small bowl and pour in olive oil. Stir well
Place in a small brown paper bag. Add salt if desired.
Place a paper towel on the bottom of the Microwave.
fold the top of the bag down 1/4 inch and then again pressing to make a good crease to seal tightly.
Place in microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes watch carefully (some microwaves need less time). When popping slows to every 2 t0 3 sec remove.
