Ingredients

    16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    11 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    3 leaves Basil
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    15 oz Contadina (Tomato Sauce) (by FOXMOON)
    4 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    4 cup Stop and Shop frozen Cheese ravioli(8) (by ECHOMAX)

Tips

Great in the crock pot. Also great with mozzarella sprinkled on top, though watch out on the fat/calories with that.


Directions

Brown sausage in saucepan over medium heat. Drain excess grease and return to heat. Add onion and pepper and cook until soft; approximately 4-5 minutes. Add basil & oregano and stir to combine. Add garlic to saucepan with sausage and peppers and cook 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted; approximately 2-3 minutes. Add chicken stock and tomato sauce. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
