Ingredients

4 serving Lidl Pork Loin Steak (120g uncooked) (by JOEYBOO)
1 tsp Better Than Boullion Vegetable (by NICKKILB)
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp Olive Oil
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Pepper, black
.25 tsp Sage, ground
.25 tsp Thyme, ground
0.08 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Rooster Brand Coconut Milk
1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1. Bring the cup of water to a boil and add a teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon to make a veggie stock.
2. Add the olive oil and butter and stir until fully melted/incorporated.
3. Spray a slow cooker with canola and pour the mixture in.
4. Create a rub by mixing the salt, pepper, sage and thyme together.
5. Rub the pork loin steaks with the it and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
6. Cook on high for 4 hours, occasionally spooning mixture over the pork loin steaks.
7. Remove the pork loin steaks and let them rest for 10 minutes.
8. Add the tablespoon of whole wheat flour to the liquid in the bottom of the slow cooker and scrape until fully incorporated.
9. Put flour mixture in a medium pan on medium high heat and add the can of coconut milk, stirring vigorously.
10. When the mixture is no longer lumpy and passes the spoon test, it is done.
11. Pour mixture over the resting meat or use as a gravy for potatoes.
12. Enjoy!
