Introduction

My mom makes this using whatever leftover veggies she has in her fridge, so it's always different! I like peas, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli...the possibilities are endless! Ingredients

1 lb Great Value Whole Wheat Rotini (or penne, or whatever you like)
1 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen
    8 oz Tomato, grape
1 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
1 cup Ken's Steak House, Lite Creamy Parmesan with Cracked Peppercorn Salad Dressing
9 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Tips

I've made this with all kinds of pasta...including red, white and blue star and flag shaped pasta! This is great to make early in the week and take for lunch all week long.

Directions

Cook and drain the pasta, the peas, and any other veggies you'd like to add. Rinse with cool water. Mix in all the veggies, and the chicken. Fold in both the light Mayo and the salad dressing. Sprinkle garlic, pepper, and parmesan on top.
