Introduction

I saw this recipe made with raspberries, but I didn't have raspberries so I used strawberries!

Simple, super good for you, and only THREE ingredients!

Simple, super good for you, and only THREE ingredients!

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 medium Bananas
    5 large Egg
    15 medium Strawberries

Tips

You may need to bake these a bit longer, and rotate, if you put them all in at once. They are done when they have a bit of brown around the edges.

A pinch or 2 of salt, or a dash of cinnamon may make these even a little better!


Directions

Blend eggs and bananas. I used my ninja. It fits perfectly in the 24oz cup.

Cut strawberries and place in sprayed mini-muffin tins. Top with 1tablespoon of the batter. Bake at 375 for approximately 10 minutes.

Serving Size: 10 servings of 4 muffins
