Introduction

This is a colorful and attractive dish. It is carb friendly but not entirely low carb. I hope you enjoy it. This is a colorful and attractive dish. It is carb friendly but not entirely low carb. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat macaroni
    1/2 lbs ground beef (browned)
    1 can red kidney beans
    4 ozs velvetta
    3 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    tomato diced
    1/2 c sharp cheddar

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed on box. Brown ground beef, drain. Add macaroin and beans to beef. Dice up cheese and stir together, simmer until melted. You may need to add a little water to keep it from sticking. Add chili and onion powder. Add diced tomato and cook until warm but not soft. Add Cheddar cheese to garnish. Allow to melt alittle and serve.
