    4 cup, chopped Summer squash
    2 cup, chopped Onions, raw

    340 grams La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Mild

Directions

brown beef and onions together in dry pan with seasonings, add veg cook for a few minutes then add salsa, simmer for 2-3 minutes, serve with rice, or faux rice (chopped steamed cauliflower)
