Ingredients

    2 cups cooked chicken
    3/4 c greek yogurt
    1 c. chicken boullion
    3 c. cooked quinoa
    1/3-1/2 c. Frank's Red Hot
    1 oz Low fat cream cheese
    1/2 c Bolthouse Farms Blue Cheese Creamy Yogurt Dressing
    3/4 cup, chopped Carrots, chopped
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions diced
    .5 cup, Celery, chopped
    2 oz Blue Cheese
    2 oz Cheddar Cheese

Directions

combine yogurt, cream cheese, boullion, Frank's, and dressing and mix well. Add veggies, quinoa, cheddar cheese and 1/2 the blue cheese and chicken.


Bake at 350 for 20 min, add remaining blue cheese, and broil for 5-10 min
