Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium Zucchini, baby
    .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    1 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.
    1 tsp Miso Master Organic Red Miso Traditional Soy Paste
    1 1tsp Canola Oil

Tips

If you don't have a spiralizer thinly slice with a knife into noodles.


Directions

Use a spiralizer to make noodles out of the zucchini. Mix maple syrup and miso paste together. Toss mushrooms and noodles with the sauce. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Thinly slice pork and cook in oil. Add mushroom/zucchini mixture and cook until heated through.
