Ingredients

1 lb Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
1.5 cup, chopped onions
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
24 Nasota Won Ton Wraps
2 Serrano Peppers, diced
0.25 head iceberg, chopped
0.5 cup shredded cheese
Chopped green onions
Tips
Can add pre-made taco seasoning or sour cream.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin (12 cups) with non stick spray.
Put 2 won ton wrappers in each tin, crossing diagonally. Bake until crispy. Let cool.
In a large skillet, cook onions, turkey, serrano peppers, black beans, tomatoes and any seasonings until done.
Divide cooked skillet stuff evenly into each cup. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce.
