Ingredients

    .33 cup Coconut Oil
    8 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave
    2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .25 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .125 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.75 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Prepare Muffin Tin (spray or use paper)

Beat oil and agave. Add room temperature eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla and almond milk.

Use blender like Ninja or Bullet to turn oats into flour. Add soda, salt, and cinnamon to dry mix.

Fold dry mix and walnuts into liquid ingredients.

Pour mix evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let muffins cool in pan before removing.
