Ingredients

    32 oz Coastal Range Organic Ground Turkey (93% Lean) (by BOOTSANDKIMO)
    2 oz feta 9% from tnuva (by MATZAHBALL)
    2 cup Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    3 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw

Tips

I added Greek Seasoning as well, but be careful it can come out salty.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and divide into 6 equal portions.
Grill, broil, bake or fry as you prefer.
