Ingredients

3 scoops (26 gm each) Organic Plant Protein - Smooth Vanilla
1/2 cup Rolled Oats Organic (I used quick)
6 tbsp Lemon juice (squeezed from 2 medium organic lemons)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Poppy seed
1 tbsp honey (raw, organic)
6 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon zest (or more)
Tips
You may have to add a tish more or less water depending. I used warm tap water to incorporate my honey in so it would blend. I freeze them on a cookie sheet and once frozen put them in a zip lock bag and leave in the freezer. Lasts me about a week.
Directions
Blend dry ingredients; add lemon zest, add water with honey and lemon juice. Mix until well incorporated. Roll into small balls and freeze.
