Ingredients

    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .5 cup Ketchup, Heinz
    .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    1 packet Marcum Meatloaf seasoning
    3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

    .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .5 cup Ketchup, Heinz

Directions

Combine all ingredients except .5 cup ketchup and .5 cup brown sugar - mix them together separately for glaze. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 - 60 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 175 degrees. Take out of over and spread glaze over top. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes uncovered so glaze can caramelize.
