Ingredients

    8 serving Pillsbury Pet-Ritz Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust (1/8) (by LESLIK)
    1 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
    11 serving Bacon Bits (oscar mayer real bacon bits)
    4 oz Kroger Swiss Cheese

Tips

1- 2.8 oz. pouch of bacon bits=11 servings (= 11 tblsp). Used shredded swiss, 1 cup.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease pie crust with butter. Pour bacon bits into pie crust and distribute evenly. Whip eggs and cream together with a hand mixer and pour into pie crust. Add cheese and place in oven. Bake 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325 degrees and bake for another hour. Ready when fork inserted into middle comes out clean.
