Introduction

Ingredients

    2.25 cup Rotel Diced tomatoes & green chilis Mild
    255.0 gram(s) Peppers, sweet, mini, red, yellow, orange (approx. 3)
    2.0 cup Brown Rice Great Value. Boil in Bag
    4.0 serving Kroger cooked grilled chicken breast
    1.25 cup old el paso red enchilada sauce
    2.0 cup kroger less sodium chicken broth
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Cook chicken and shred or cube. Add uncooked rice and all other ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is cooked and stew thickens approx. 15 - 20 mins.
