Introduction

Ingredients

Flank Steak (cut into strips)
1 can beef broth (for marinate)
salt and pepper
Cumin power 1tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
Cilantro
Lime juice
Flour tortillas
Pico de Gallo
1 large tomato chopped
1/2 onion chopped
cilantro chopped
lime juice
1 jalepeno chopped and seeded (opt)
Directions
Makes 5 tacos:
Slice steak into strips. Marinate strips in beef broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper and lime juice. Let marinate for about at least an hour.
Remove steak strips from marinate and grill or fry in pan with cooking spray.
Warm tortillas.
Add steak to tortillas with cheese, pico de gallo* and sour cream. Enjoy!
Pico de Gallo:
Combine chopped tomato (1 large tomatoe), chopped onion (half of a large onion) and chopped cilantro. Add a squirt of lime juice. Mix all together for pico de gallo topping.
Optional:: Add a jalepeno to the pico de gallo for extra flavor and heat.
