1/2 cup stevia ( if you don't have stevia you can use splenda or another sweetener)
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1.5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
1 cup Lactaid whole milk (if you don't want to use Lactaid you can use any whole milk that you want.)
1 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup boiling water ( you can use coffee optional)

    Frosting:
1 whole bag Baker's Corner Milk Chocolate Chips
    1 cup sour cream
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp. Stevia ( if you don't have stevia you can use splenda or another sweetener)

Tips

I would prefer to make the frosting the night before so the flavor is incorporated with the chocolate. If you decide to make that cake that day and make frosting that day the sour cream will be stronger then the chocolate. This is my opion.

Directions

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. in a 8x13-inch glass or ceramic baking dish. rub glass with little bit of butter and little flour to get all side and bottom. before putting the batter in it.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl of stand mixer.
Add in egg, milk, apple sauce, and vanilla and mix on low until incorporated. When mixed in increase speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes.
Add in boiling water and gently stir- batter will be very thin.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick is removed clean.
And let cool in pan, until room temperature.
While cake is cooling,

Frosting:
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips till it microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring after each heating, until they are fully melted.
Add the sour cream and vanilla and stevia 1 tbsp.at a time stir by hand until frosting is well combined and fluffier and tasted the frosting to see if you need more stevia to put in depending on your taste. If your chocolate get stuck in the bowl after melting and putting cold product in it. It might get stuck in the bowl. i would put the bowl in the microwave for a little bit so the chocolate won't stick. And be able to stir it easly until it is well combined and fluffier were you see the nice color of the chocolate.
Spread over cooled cake.
