Ingredients

8 oz Trader Joe's Ahi Tuna
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
a pig pinch of sea Salt - Hawaiian Red Salt if you have it, even better if it's Guava Smoked Red Salt
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp (1/8 cup) Seaweed, wakame
0.25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
Directions
If using dried seaweed, soak it in water for a few minutes to soften
Cut the Ahi into small pieces, about 1/2 in x 1/2 inch and place in a mixing bowl
Dice the avocado into pieces about the same size as the ahi and add to the bowl
Sprinkle with sea salt and scallions, the add the sesame oild and soy sauce
Drain the seaweed and chop into small pieces, add to the bowl
Gently toss all of the ingredients to thoroughly combine but try not to crush the ahi or avocado
Top with toasted sesame seeds, if desired
Serve or refrigerate immediately - will last a day or two in the fridge
