Ingredients

    1.5 tsp Baking Soda
    .33 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 serving Egg white, large
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
    4 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Place liners in a muffin tin (affiliate link). Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. In a small mixing bowl, whisk until combined peanut butter, milk, egg, and sugar. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.

Spray muffin liners lightly. Using an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin well. You may need to press down on the mixture a little to get the air pockets out. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown on the top. Remove to a cooling rack and cool completely.
