Introduction

Ingredients

    1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    2 cup Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes)
    4 serving Ground Sirloin Hamburger Patty, Kirkland
    4 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
    1/2 tsp garlic
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Spray covered roaster with Pam. Place 2 cups of uncooked instant rice in bottom. Then put cut cabbage on rice, as much as will fit. Then put raw hamburger meat on top of cabbage. Then dump large can of drained diced tomatoes on top of meat. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder on top. Pour 1 cup of chicken bouillon on top of tomato. Put on lid and bake at 350 for 2 hours or until hamburger meat is browned and cabbage has shrunk down and wilted. When done, you can put in American cheese slices on top to melt on. (That's extra calories)
