Ingredients

    1.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1 serving 13.5 oz can organic coconut milk (light) (by JAYDUBS)
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 tsp Salt

Tips

Serve alongside the Chickpea Coconut Curry with Sweet Potato.


Directions

Rinse rice & drain. Place in a saucepan with water, milk & salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer approx 40min. Remove from heat & stand 10min before serving.
