Ingredients

10.2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
4.0 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)
2.0 tbsp Barbeque sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's Original
0.25 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
3.0 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard
1.0 tbsp Dill Relish, Heinz
Directions
Cook and season chicken how you would prefer. (I used leftover grilled lemon pepper chicken breasts.) Chop into bite size pieces. Combine with rest of the ingredients.
I served on skinny bread for an additional 100 calories, but could see this on an English muffin open face style, wrapped in a tortilla, or in a beautiful lettuce leaf!
