Ingredients

    1 cup Frozen Berries - Kirkland Nature's Three Berries
    0.125 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum (Thickener) 1 tbsp serving (by ADDICTED2DONUTS)
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    2 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed
    Water, tap (fill to desired level)
    2 serving Stevia in the Raw

Tips

You can swap out various things and flavors to suit your needs, but of course that will mess with the numbers.
Xanthan gum is cheap and has been shown to help regulate blood sugar in diabetics (type 1 and 2)


Directions

Put all ingredients into a mason jar or "magic bullet" type blender, add water until nearly full (total of one liter - the size of most mason jars), and blend until smooth.
