Introduction

Ingredients

1 12" bakeable pizza crust
2 tsp olive oil
1 cp of onions, chopped (less if desired)
Garlic powder (optional)
1 tomato, thinly sliced
2 TBsp Parmesan shredded cheese
1/2 cp Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2-4 cps of spring mix, chopped into bite size pieces
3-4 TBsp of Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Take out 12" pizza crust and drizzle with the olive oil.
Layer chopped onions onto crust.
Thinly slice 1 tomato and arrange slices on the crust.
Drizzle with garlic powder if desired.
Add the cheeses on top and place in the oven.
Cook for 12 minutes and then switch the oven to broil and broil until cheeses brown for about 2-3 minutes.
Slice the pizza into 4 slices.
Sprinkle the pizza slices with a spring mix (chop to make bites edible)
Drizzle the 4TBsp of dressing over the pizza and eat immediately!
