Ingredients

    1 tbsp Gelatin, unflavored, unsweetened (1 envelope) (by JAS7DN)
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .33 cup Granulated Sugar
    16 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    300 gram(s) Yogurt~DANNON~OIKOS GREEK YOGURT~ LEMON MERINGUE~170 CALS PER 1 {150 g} /5.30 OZ. CONTAINER=1 SERV.
    168 gram(s) KROGER~ GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST~21g PER SERV. FOR A TOTAL OF 8 SERVINGS!
    50 tbsp Cool Whip whipped topping

Tips

I add FIVE MINT LEAVES on top of the pie for garnish!
REMEMBER: LEAVE PIE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT OR EIGHT HOURS TO FIRM UP SO IT WILL BE EASY TO CUT.{ I have cut it earlier at 6 hours and it WAS FIRM ENOUGH!}.


Directions

1. Put gelatin in a bowl with the water {cold}. Let stand 1 minute.
2. Stir gelatin and put in all of the ingredients mixed in bowl.
3. Fold in Cool Whip slowly and thoroughly!
4.Spoon into crust.
5.Let sit in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight or til firm!
