Ingredients

1 lb Ground Chicken Breast
2 garlic cloves diced
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onion, diced
2 Tbs. Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh
1/2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar
2 tsp ground ginger
4 -6 Green Lettuce Leaves (not iceberg)
8 Blue Diamond Nut Thin Crackers0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
Directions
In a pan, fry ground chicken breast with diced onion and diced garlic. Once browned, add Braggs, chopped mushrooms, rice vinegar and ginger. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring. Before serving, top mixture with chopped green onions. Stir before serving.
Add 1/4 of mixture to center lettuce leaf, Crunch two crackers on top of mixture. Roll and enjoy.
