Ingredients

2 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
5.3 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
0.3 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt
0.66 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
0.5 cup Butter, salted
2 serving egg, beaten (by SMILES4383)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
23 tbsp Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Grease 30 muffin cups.
3. In a large bowl, stir in flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl, stir in milk, eggs, butter (melted), and vanilla until blended.
5. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
6. Add milk mixture and stir to combine.
7. Stir in chocolate chips (1 11.5 ounce bag).
8. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
10. Remove muffin tin to wire rack.
11. Cool for 5 minutes.
12. Remove muffins from tin to finish cooling.
