Ingredients

    3 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetened
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 cup, chopped Kale
    1 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root

Tips

try freezing your fruit before hand to use less ice for a fruitier smoothie!!
ginger is optional - it can be a little strong so use with caution. good for if you have a stomach ache


Directions

add 1/3 cup ice and blend till smooth - enjoy!
