Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Lemon Peel
    8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    24 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil

Tips

Please adjust ingredients to suit your tastes. You may skip toasting the coconut, or add more sweetener.. Add nuts or seeds, etc.


Directions

Saute coconut in Butter until browned. Stir in all ingredients. Chill in the fridge. When set, cut into 24 equal squares. Store chilled.
