    2.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.5 cup Peas, frozen
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin
    1.0 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts
    Salt
    Bay leaf (2)
    Black pepper
    Chicken boullion cube

Directions

Brown turkey, combine all other ingredients in pot with 2 cups water simmer till reduced
