    .25 cup Oats, Quaker
    .5 cup Dannon - OIKOS Greek Nonfat Yogurt (Vanilla), 1 cup
    .5 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup
    1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    0.333 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
