Introduction

Ingredients

    Two 3 oz salmon filet
    2 tbsp reduced fat mayonaise
    1 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Honey Mustard Dressing
    0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Mix honey, mayo, and honey mustard dressing. Rub salmon with olive oil. Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet. Spread mayo mix over salmon. Sprinkle pecans on top and press into mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
