Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tbsp Cream Cheese
    1 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1/4 tsp cream of tarter

Directions

Seperate eggs/ whites in one bowl and yolk in another...make sure no yolk in whites. To yolks add 1 packet splenda, 3 Tablespoons cream cheese....mix till smooth. To egg whites add 1/4 tsp cream of tarter and beat with beaters until fluffy and nice peaks. Fold in the yolk mixture to the whites but try not to break down too much. Spoon out on 2 pans sprayed with cooking spay and cook at 300 for about 30 minutes but watch them, it could be a few minutes less or more. Should look about the color of a hamburger bun. Enjoy your favorite burger or sandwich on. I also use for breakfast sandwiches. Store in airtight container.
