Introduction

This recipe came from a book called Cooking Light Comfort food.
I tweaked it a little. I didn't use chocolate chips or pineapple preserves. If you want to add 2 teaspoons mini dark chocolate chips and change the preserves to pineapple.

Ingredients

    .50 serving Small Banana 6 inch
    .75 extra large (1-5/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    1 tbsp Peanut Butter PeterPan w/8 vitamins&minerals (by GAPRUNELLA)
    0.50 tbsp Honey - Sue Bee Clover Honey
    .50 tbsp Butter, salted
    2 serving Nature's Own Butterbread, 20 oz. loaf, 1 slice
    1 serving knoxberry farms peach preserves

Directions

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Mix peanut butter with honey and spread on both slices of bread (not on buttered side.)
Cut banana into 3 pieces , lengthwise.
Cut strawberry into thin slices.
Layer bananas, then strawberries on peanut butter side.
Spread preserves on top of fruit.
(you will add chocolate chips over the top of the preserves)
Put both sides together and put in hot skillet.
Grill on both sides till golden.
Remove to place and Enjoy!!
