60 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
6 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
9 serving Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce
Tips
If you would like to add cheese you can sprinkle some on top of them meatballs in the crockpot and allow them to melt, my daughter is allergic to milk so cant have cheese so I dont use it but i think it would taste good. I also add my meatballs and some of the sauce on top of some lettuce and make it an enchilada salad and its delicious
Directions
pour enchilada sauce into the crockpot.
mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and start forming meatballs
then put them in the crockpot on top of the enchilada sauce on high for 2 hours.
