Ingredients

    .5 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
    .5 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added
    .5 cup Figs, dried
    5 tbsp JIF - Creamy Peanut Butter: Natural
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    1 oz Craisins Dried Cranberry Snack Pack (by SHOCKJAY)
    1 serving Plant Fusion Vanilla Bean Protein Powder 1 scoop = 30g (by CAMPCON)
    1 fl oz Water, tap
    3 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas

Directions

no cooking required. Mix in food processor and press into parchment lined square tray. chill and then cut. I store mine in the freezer.
