Ingredients

    2 Cup Edamame, frozen, unprepared
    3 1tsp Olive Oil
    50 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated
    20 grams Flour, white
    0.2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Tips

For some extra depth in flavor you can add wasabi-powder to the spice-mix


Directions

Line an ovenproof dish with bakingparchment. Caot in olive oil.
Mix the other ingredients and sprinkle mix over beans, maing sure every bena gets a nice coating.

Bake at 220c for about 25-35 minutes. Stir the beans halfway through.
