    1 cup Cottage Cheese, fat free (Publix) 1/2 cup=1svg
    2 cup Kroger Cut Extra Green Green Beans
    4.50 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
    24 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor combine cottage cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth. Season pork chops to taste with salt and pepper and place in a non-stick baking dish. Cover with green beans and top with cottage cheese mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, or until pork chops are done.
