Ingredients

    10 large Hard Boiled Egg
    1 tbsp Dill Relish, Heinz
    3 serving Majonez
    1 tbsp (C) Vinegar, White (Gr Value) (by DARRYLE2)
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    3 tsp Frenchs Yellow Mustard
    5 serving Brownberry Double Fiber Whole Grain Bread

Tips

Finding a lower sodium mayo isn't easy, but I found the Majonez at a Polish grocery.


Directions

Hard boil eggs; peel and chop. Add Majonez (polish mayo), mustard, relish, onion, and vinegar and mix well. Using 2 slices of bread per sandwich, divide and spread egg salad for 5 sandwiches.
