Ingredients

    8 tbsp Québon Cooking Cream 35%
    4 oz Captain's Choice frozen shrimp
    4 oz Scallops, raw
    2 oz Smoked Salmon
    0.2 cup Basil Pesto
    pepper to taste

Tips

Put this sauce on anything! Great on steamed kale or other veggies, pasta, rice.


Directions

Thaw and saute all seafood, add cream, pesto, pepper to taste. Warm at a high simmer until all is cooked. Add more basil or other herbs to taste - fresh rosemary particularly good.
