    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.12 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
    0.25 tsp Baking Powder
    0.25 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    0.24 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    2.0 tbsp coconut flour

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids, reserving the oil. Add oil last and allow the coconut flour to absorb the liquid, about 5 minutes. When the liquid is absorbed, scoop the mixture into the hot waffle iron. Yield: 2 waffles Enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 2 6" waffles.
