Ingredients

    4.5 tsp Ginger Root
    1 clove Garlic
    1.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    5 tbsp Soy Sauce (Shoyu) Trader Joe's Reduced Sodium (by MAUREENOFOJAI)
    0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
    0.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 1tsp Olive Oil
    10 oz Sirloin, strip steak, lean only
    4 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    6 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    1.5 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms
    1 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
    1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
    0.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds


Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.

Heat a wok or skillet over high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add half of beef to pan, and cook for 3 minutes or until browned. Remove beef from pan. Repeat procedure with remaining beef. Add onions and mushrooms; cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture; cook 1 minute. Return beef to pan; cook 1 minute. Stir in spinach, and cook 30 seconds. Top with sesame seeds.
